How to find calorie density on the packaging

① Look at the Guaranteed Analysis or nutritional panel on the back of the bag.
② Find the "Metabolizable Energy" or "ME: XXX kcal/kg" entry.
③ Divide the kcal/kg value by 10 to get kcal/100g.
④ If not on the label, check the brand's official website or contact the manufacturer.
